These Policies Have Been Placed To Protect The ToolTekk Gold For All Our Clients.

• It is against Company policy to use the ToolTekk or ToolTekk Gold name or logo in your advertisements without the prior written consent and approval of OK Services.
• Anyone using the name of ToolTekk in any promotional material must be in compliance with the rules and policies governing the marketing methods of ToolTekk.
• Anyone using the name ToolTekk in any marketing materials must have the following message and or text upfront and highly visible. Any audio or video must also include this message: “This website has not been authorized or approved by ToolTekk This site is maintained and designed by an Independent Sales Agent. ToolTekk is not responsible for the content of this website and therefore will not be held liable. The owner of this website is 100% liable for its content and promises.” The word website must be replaced with the word flyer, article, press release, video, audio message etc. depending on the type of marketing material being used.
• ToolTekk reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any ToolTekk User Licence of the individual web site that is not in compliance and/or makes false or misleading statements in any marketing material referencing .ToolTekk Your Licence may be reactivated again ONLY upon compliance.
• Any URL misleading the public by using a Domain Name similar to ToolTekk or closely resembling the name ToolTekk will have their ToolTekk Licence suspended until they are in compliance.
• DO NOT TO USE THE NAME ToolTekk IN A VOICE BROADCAST. Anyone using the ToolTekk name in any Voice Broadcast will have his/hers Licence immediately terminated. Using the ToolTekk name in any Voice Broadcast is strictly prohibited. You are NOT, and will NEVER be authorized to do so. ToolTekk is a trademarked name. You are an Independent Sales Agent and as such you ONLY represent yourself and your company. You do NOT represent ToolTekk. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall we, or anyone else be involved in creating, producing or distributing this service, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use this service, and all the files and software contained within it, including, but not limited to, reliance on any information obtained through this service; or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to our records, programs or services..

Use of your software. The following actions may result in the immediate termination of your membership without recourse and should NOT be done:

• sending unsolicited email messages (spam). If you participate in spam on behalf of ANY product or service, you are not eligible!
• posting messages that contain your Independent Sales Agent link in Newsgroups that are unrelated to that product or service. (sig file notwithstanding)
• forging your "From" Address in an email message, or newsgroup posting.

We reserve the right to add or delete material within this site, and otherwise make changes to the service and this agreement without notice.

We may terminate without notice, at our sole discretion, any membership deemed to be in breach of this agreement or otherwise found to be abusing or misusing the service, or harassing the other members or administrator in any way.

In the unlikely event that this program should ever terminate its operations, it's creator, operators, employees, assigns and successors shall not be held liable for any loss whatsoever to our members or Independent Sales Agents. The material contained within our Members Only area, and made available to all new members upon joining, shall be deemed full and just consideration for their payment.

Sites and individuals involved with the following activities are NOT ELIGIBLE: selling, providing or linking to unlicensed content, pornography, warez, pirated software, hacking or spamming software, email address lists or harvesting software, or any materials endorsing violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, or criminal activity.

We make no claims on how much money you can make with our program. Your ability to earn depends on a number of factors, including where and how (and how often) you advertise the program, and the motivation and ability of those in your Powerlines, to make sales. Individual results will vary.

Members caught spamming or otherwise, causing harm to our program will have their accounts terminated, and may be prosecuted for their actions. We will investigate all allegations before taking action.
